We chose to go with Pete on a good recommendation from a friend who had had her whole house renovated. We wanted the whole of our house painted outside plus a new door and locks. A few years ago I had a new kitchen, bathroom and shower room installed and unfortunately had leakage problems from my flat to two flats directly below me. The plumbing had not been carried out properly and as a result I had various builders, plumbers and a surveyor to try and source where the leaks were coming from.
