Living Room Extension in Epsom Surrey

Our clients recently purchased this property in Epsom Surrey & required the existing rear layout to be reconfigured.

The living room joined the kitchen via an unusable room with limited access & a corrugated roof which was hot in the summer & freezing cold in the winter.

We removed the adjoining walls to link all 3 rooms together, redesigned & constructed a new warm deck roof including an amazing roof lantern, installed a new set of bi folding doors to flood the room with natural light & finally tied everything in together with a hard wearing karndean floor for practicality.
