Kitchen & Ground Floor Refurbishment Stage 2 in Hampton Surrey.

Our client required a new kitchen, cloakroom WC & a full ground floor refurbishment.

This was the last stage to be completed as we had recently refurbished the two upper floors back in January 2015.

The brief was to open up the rear of the house into an existing conservatory to create a large open plan layout.

We had to remove the rear wall which was supporting 2 floors above so a full picture frame steel was required by our structule engineer which was quite a feat due to block & beam floors & the fact that the house was built on clay.

Despite this we installed the steels without any issues & created an amazing space.

Our clients decided on a modern kitchen style in a two colour combination with a mixture of Corian, Silestone & solid oak work surfaces all finished off with charcoal glass splash backs & an oak karndean floor to tie everything together.

This project took around 10 weeks to complete & came in on time & on budget.
